Avril Lavigne has filed for divorce from Deryck Whibley. She cites "irreconcilable differences."

According to the docs, Avril says they separated on Sept. 4th and were married 3 years and 1 month.

Avril is not asking for spousal support -- probably because she's the breadwinner -- and she also checked the box in the docs saying she doesn't want to have to pay Deryck any money.

Recently, Avrilspirit.com has launched the first webradio dedicated to Avril Lavigne and to the pop rock music.

With this launch, an audio contest starts today, for which absolutely everybody can participate freely, free and as many time you want.

What is the aim of this contest? It is to record yourself in any audio format, telling the sentence “The Best Dawn Webradio : Avrilspirit.com” You can say this sentence in any way. Sing it, scream, cry, alone or with other people, in a insane way or sad way, you just have to let you imagination do the working.

At the end of this contest, the most original audios will be kept and added in our Webradio as official jingles.

The number of jingles that we are going to keep is not restricted, and when a recording will be chosen, we shall add it as a jingle ans it will pass regurlarly on the radio. Finally, the contest will start again regularly, so if you’re jingle was not chosen the first time, it is possible to choose it the next time.
